Right of Withdrawal and Refunds

Pursuant to Article 15(ğ) of the Distance Contracts Regulation under Turkish Consumer Protection Law no. 6502, the right of withdrawal does not apply to intangible goods delivered electronically and instantly (digital software downloads). Once the download is completed, the sale is final. If the product demonstrably fails to function as described and the issue cannot be resolved within a reasonable time, refund requests are evaluated via [email protected].

Limitation of Liability

Software is provided "as is" without warranty. RedPazar Software is not liable for any direct, indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of the site or the products sold (including data loss, computer viruses, loss of revenue).
